Elyssa Timbol

Chief Operating Officer

Elyssa Timbol serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Vidamo Specialized Respiratory Services, bringing more than a decade of healthcare experience, strong clinical expertise, and a passion for improving the delivery of respiratory care. A Respiratory Care Practitioner for eight years and counting, Elyssa has provided direct bedside care across a variety of acute and post-acute settings, including hospitals, Emergency Departments, Intensive Care Units (ICUs), medical clinics, and long-term care facilities.

Her healthcare career began in 2013 and includes experience across multiple areas of medicine, from specialty departments to primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care.

Throughout her career, Elyssa has taken on management and leadership responsibilities that have strengthened her ability to lead teams, improve operations, solve problems, and maintain a high standard of patient care.

As COO of VSRS, Elyssa brings together her clinical background, leadership experience, and strong work ethic to support the unique population VSRS serves. Her firsthand understanding of both bedside care and healthcare operations allows her to approach challenges with the needs of patients, caregivers, clinicians, and staff in mind. Elyssa has also played an integral role in the development of an electronic health record (EHR) application for VSRS, helping bridge the gap between traditional paper documentation and efficient digital, online charting. Her goal is to use technology and practical clinical experience to improve documentation, streamline workflows, strengthen communication, and ultimately support the delivery of safe, organized, and compassionate respiratory care.

At the heart of Elyssa's work is a commitment to combining clinical excellence, leadership, innovation, and compassion to help VSRS continue evolving while providing exceptional care to the special population it serves.

Beyond VSRS

Outside of her professional life, Elyssa enjoys spending time outdoors, especially hiking and connecting with nature. She has a genuine love for animals and enjoys traveling, exploring new places, cultures, and experiences whenever she has the opportunity.

Her appreciation for people, animals, nature, and new experiences reflects the same sense of compassion and connection she brings to her leadership at VSRS.
