At Vidamo Specialized Respiratory Services (VSRS), our mission is to provide specialized, dependable & compassionate care for individuals with complex respiratory & medical needs.
We support individuals who may require ventilator management, tracheostomy care, oxygen therapy, airway clearance, respiratory monitoring, nursing support, community participation, transportation assistance, and other highly coordinated services.
Our approach is centered on the individual. We work closely with families, physicians, Regional Centers, care providers, and interdisciplinary teams to help each person receive the level of support necessary to live safely and participate meaningfully in their community.

Our Leadership
Jonathan Vidamo
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jonathan Vidamo is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Vidamo Specialized Respiratory Services (VSRS) and a Respiratory Therapist with 20 years of professional experience caring for patients with respiratory and medically complex conditions.
Before founding VSRS, Jonathan built his career working across virtually every major setting in which respiratory therapy is delivered. His experience includes acute-care hospitals, Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals (LTACHs), skilled nursing facilities and nursing homes, residential care homes, home-based care, and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) services.
Throughout his career, Jonathan has worked directly with individuals requiring a broad range of respiratory services, including mechanical ventilation, tracheostomy management, oxygen therapy, airway clearance, suctioning, respiratory treatments, respiratory equipment management, patient and caregiver education, emergency intervention, and transitions between hospital and community-based care.
Elyssa Timbol
Chief Operating Officer
Elyssa Timbol serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Vidamo Specialized Respiratory Services, bringing more than a decade of healthcare experience, strong clinical expertise, and a passion for improving the delivery of respiratory care. A Respiratory Care Practitioner for eight years and counting, Elyssa has provided direct bedside care across a variety of acute and post-acute settings, including hospitals, Emergency Departments, Intensive Care Units (ICUs), medical clinics, and long-term care facilities.
Her healthcare career began in 2013 and includes experience across multiple areas of medicine, from specialty departments to primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, and urgent care. Throughout her career, Elyssa has taken on management and leadership responsibilities that have strengthened her ability to lead teams, improve operations, solve problems, and maintain a high standard of patient care.

Depending on the needs of the individual, the VSRS care team may include:
